Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

For international students and recent graduates, its English page of English-speaking vacancies is the most direct way in, whether you want a side job next to your studies or a first full-time role.

About

YoungCapital describes itself as a staffing agency for students, starters and young professionals, and states its mission as helping young people into work. It began in 2000 as Studentenwerk, an online job board for student jobs, and later became a staffing agency. The company behind the site is YoungCapital Holding B.V., based in Hoofddorp. Its site groups vacancies by type, including side jobs, part-time and full-time work, holiday work, temporary work, internships, traineeships and starter positions at mbo, hbo and university level. Its site says registering as a jobseeker is free. For employers it offers temporary staffing, recruitment and selection for a one-off agreed fee, and secondment through YoungCapital NEXT, its specialist label for trainees and young professionals in IT and finance. Most of the site is in Dutch. An English page lists English-speaking vacancies in the Netherlands, and its FAQ says many of its jobs are open to foreigners, with English-speaking roles in areas such as hospitality, logistics and driving.
