About
ZWINC stands for Zwolle Incubator. It works with startups and scale-ups in what it calls the smart manufacturing industry and in IT, and says it prefers companies whose work addresses large societal challenges, giving the shift from fossil fuels to sustainable energy and circular business that reduces waste as its examples. It takes companies at any stage, from an idea to a business ready to scale, and offers an introductory conversation to anyone unsure whether the offer fits, with a referral through its network if it does not. Its base is the Makersfabriek at Ceintuurbaan 15 in Zwolle, in the former Philips factory, where it provides physical workspace alongside coaching, expertise, start capital and introductions. It states that it deliberately runs no fixed programme structure, giving a startup what it needs when it needs it, working through coaches, experts, and partnerships with government, business, education and other startups in its community. Named expert partners include ELLLA, Oost NL and ACT Agency.

Nine months with a monthly session in Zwolle and mentoring in between, in a small fixed group, covering focus, sales, financial management, marketing, company structure, technology, team and partnerships. For entrepreneurs who already have customers and revenue.
Good to know
